Unit 305 of The Springs

Hawk Canyon and The Springs (pictured above)

Our construction of the roads, drainage and utilities in Hawk Canyon and Unit 305 of The Springs is nearing completion with paving being completed in August. Hawk Canyon, our newest gated enclave, features homesites with panoramic views of the Texas Hill Country and easy access to the Highway 46 Main Gate. Unit 305 in The Springs of Cordillera Ranch showcases the first new sites to come available on the Guadalupe River in years along with spectacular settings overlooking Panther Creek Park and the surrounding hills.

Clubs Village

In addition to Hawk Canyon and Unit 305, road construction has now begun in our next Clubs Village neighborhood, Unit 220. Located off Clubs Drive, Unit 220 meanders through a magnificent grove of Oak trees and is just a short golf cart ride to the Cordillera Ranch Clubhouse amenities and Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.

These new additions to the community are the culmination of several years of planning and development work, so it’s always satisfying to watch these new neighborhoods come to life.

Fall Preferred Builders Home Tour

With October right around the corner and the promise of some cooler weather on the horizon, we’re looking forward to the upcoming Cordillera Ranch Fall Preferred Builders Home Tour. On Saturday, October 26th, our six Preferred Builders, winners of 20-plus 2024 Summit and Star Awards for excellence in building and design, will be opening the doors to several of their custom homes. It’s a great opportunity for folks to chat with our award-winning builders and spend some time seeing the latest in new home construction. We hope to see you there!

Where Do You Spend Your Time?

I recently read a story retold by the father of a young family of three that included himself, his wife and their young daughter. According to his recounting, after dinner they were each challenged to share an object symbolic of how they would describe one another to a stranger. When it was the daughter’s turn to share the item she thought to be representative of her father, she produced a cell phone. At her young age, she wasn’t taking a sarcastic “shot” at her dad, rather, it was how she truly saw him when he was home.
