The Wine and Dinner Experience at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch

January 12 & 13, February 3 – 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm

January brings a new year and a new special event experience with a monthly Wine & Dine. Gastronomy presented by Executive Chef Isaac Cantu is a culinary performance with crafted courses that incorporate provisions and ingredients from local purveyors. Simultaneously, Wine Specialist Jeffery Cohen will provide pairings at a personalized level to explore new horizons and enhance your experience into a total gastronomic delight.

Due to acquiring the fresh local ingredients and limited seating, reservations are required in advance. No large parties are walk-ins will be permitted.

$59.75 per person, includes a three-course dinner and entertainment. This special event is limited to the first 65 reservations, and a 48 hour cancellation policy is required to avoid being billed.

Solve a hilarious crime while you feast on a fantastic dinner. Just beware! The killer is hiding somewhere in the room and you may find yourself as a prime suspect! Over the course of the night, costumed detectives will uncover clues, interrogate audience members that may or may not be part of the show and help everyone get closer to solving the mystery.

Amenity Reservations on the Ranch

Cordillera Ranch offers a variety of amenities for property owners and the new POA website allows online reservations for those amenities. To place a reservation request, simply log into the Cordillera Ranch POA website at www.cordilleraranchpoa.com, use the drop down on the For Residents tab and select Reservations, which lists the multiple amenities available. Property owners will then need to select which amenity they wish to reserve, and fill out the online form. The completed form is sent to the POA to review, at which time the POA will approve or deny the request. Once a decision has been made by the POA, the property owner is notified.

Where Do You Spend Your Time?

I recently read a story retold by the father of a young family of three that included himself, his wife and their young daughter. According to his recounting, after dinner they were each challenged to share an object symbolic of how they would describe one another to a stranger. When it was the daughter’s turn to share the item she thought to be representative of her father, she produced a cell phone.
